ISIS has been designed to work with many browsers.  Unfortunately, all browsers will not work with Integrated Student Information System.   

The following browsers will work with ISIS: 

·        Internet Explorer 5.x and higher

·        Netscape 4.x and higher

The following browsers are recommended:

·        Internet Explorer 6.0

·        Internet Explorer for the Mac 5.1

ü      If accessing from work, your company may have a third party firewall software installed on your computer.  If you're at home trying to access ISIS, your personal computer may have a built in firewall within Windows XP

 v     Try disabling the firewall or using another computer

ü      You may have session cookies disabled. 

v     Check your Internet Explorer settings (located within your “Control Panel” → Internet Options)

ü      Java (special software) is experiencing problems. 

v     Make sure Java permissions are enabled (located within your “Control Panel” → Internet Options)
