If you are having problems logging in to ISIS,
a
solution below may solve the problem.

The Banner Web application and the web server security features are optimized for use with Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. Columbus State University only supports Internet Explorer. To download a more recent version of Internet Explorer go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/. |

If there is a firewall set on your home computer or on the network at your place of employment, the firewall will block your gaining access to port 9000 where ISIS is located. Either remove the firewall or move to a computer or network that does not have a firewall. |

You may not be entering the correct PIN or User ID. On the ISIS log-in page, click the "?PINinfo" link, or enter your User ID then click on the "Forgot PIN?" button. (Your user ID is usually your Soc. Sec. No. without any hyphens or dashes, for example, "333224444".) |
